Bubble universes[]
Bubble universes can be parallel universes which are hypothetical self-contained plane of existence, co-existing with one's own; or man-made universes which are created by someone. They can be found on a thing that was called the Imaginary Tree.

In miHoYo multiverse, there are multiple universes that is a part of the Imaginary Tree.

- Honkai Impact 3rd 2018 edition (v2.6 and higher)
- The Conscious: A high-dimensional hyperspace which beyond the Honkai. SU is the first character able to reach that place.
- Main universe: Which is the universe that player plays in story mode as well as most of the comics except Alien Space due to being a part of Post-Houkai Odyssey.
- Emergency Code 17: Alternative CG compared to 2015 version which Kiana is in Soukai City along with the Moonlight Throne. This is the main universe for the main story mode.
- Seed of Sumeru: A man-made bubble universe created by SU, used to observe universes that is still breathing
- 3 bubble universes in chapter 11: Man-made bubble universes created by Welt Yang to test Bronya.
- Sea of Quanta: Can be used to travel between multiple universes
- Post-Houkai Odyssey (not confirmed if it was actually a bubble universe): Alternative timeline where the Earth was destroyed by unknown entity outside of the Earth (Sky people)
- The Sugars, a pocket universe which an alien race were destroyed by the Sky people and they uploaded their mind into Sugar Fortress.
- Captainverse: An alternate history where player will be the Captain Hyperion and exploring the unknown bubble universes.

- Main universe: Which is the universe that player plays in story mode as well as most of the comics except Alien Space due to being a part of Post-Houkai Odyssey.

- Main universe: Any main stories before 2.6 update and comics that belongs to HG2 / original HI3 (Escape from Nagazora, Violet Sea Story, Sakura Remembrance, Anti-Entropy Invasion)
- Soukai City Attack: Original CG which Kiana starts deploying from Helios to the Moonlight Throne.
- Reburn: In an alternative future timeline where Kiana fully controlled the Herrscher power, Raiden Mei wants to capture Kiana at Zhongshan subway station, Kiana refused to go back, Mei used the AraHato to capture Kiana but failed.
- Main universe: Any main stories before 2.6 update and comics that belongs to HG2 / original HI3 (Escape from Nagazora, Violet Sea Story, Sakura Remembrance, Anti-Entropy Invasion)
- Houkai Gakuen 2
- Kiana world: Serve as the opening of the Honkai Impact 3rd 2015 edition and The Savior world
- The Savior world: 14th Herrscher is nowhere to be found even on latest chapter which the world is nearly destroyed by an entity higher than the Honkai.
- Avalon space: Avalon space is an AR world managed by the AI Femirins, used to connect to different stigmata spaces.
- Houkai CROSS 2020: Houkai Gakuen 2 x Honkai Impact 3 collab event which in the Avalon space, Bronya is the HoR and driving her bike. In the official 4-koma, Bronya driving her bike using a game controller.
- Avalon space: Avalon space is an AR world managed by the AI Femirins, used to connect to different stigmata spaces.
- Genshin Impact: HI3 dev confirmed what Otto in HI3 observed is Dvalin from Genshin Impact.
