Organizational background

Fire Moth was a rebel organization located in Sky City, which was founded by human beings in the Last Civilazation. The mission of this organization was to protect people and eliminate Houkai threats.

However, when the 14th Herscherr destroyed the Last Civilazation, this organization was also wiped out.

Projects

Quantum mechanics

Professor Mei researched this and used this to eliminate Houkai threats.

Solider project

When they discovered that the 7th Herscherr was too strong against any normal human, Professor Mei started this project in order to improve human power by fusing human body with Houkai monster DNA.

Kevin Kaslana was fused with Parvanti DNA, giving him the power to control ice, and also make his body temperature goe to -30°C, making anybody standing near him freeze. With this newfound ice powers, he can used Holy Skyfire to defeat 9th and 11th lawmaker.

The God Key Project

Mei and Prometheus AI created this project in order to make God Key weapons, and use it against Houkai.

Stigmata Project

This is the last project created by Mei to implant stigmata to human body.
